Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order (made-to-order). This policy lays out how you can change or cancel your pre-order.

Pre-orders
Currently, our products are available for pre-order. Because our microphones and audio cables are carefully crafted and often manufactured to order, please note that there is a 14-day manufacturing and processing time before your order is fulfilled and shipped.

When you purchase a pre-order, your payment is collected at checkout to secure your place in our production queue.

Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for any standard model listed on our website at any time before the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please note: We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for pre-orders of custom-made products (such as cables with custom lengths, colors, or specific modifications not presented in our standard store catalog).

If your order for a standard model has already been fulfilled and shipped, you can no longer cancel it, but you may request a return or refund once you receive the item. Please see our Refund Policy for more details on eligible returns.
