Order Processing and Manufacturing Time Because our audio cables and microphones are carefully crafted to meet high-quality standards, all orders require a manufacturing and processing time of 14 days before they are shipped. Please note that we process orders during regular business hours only (Monday through Friday). We do not process, manufacture, or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Based on your location, we offer the following shipping options and estimated transit times (after the 14-day processing period):

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). If you are ordering from the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties or customs clearance fees upon arrival.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been manufactured and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the package.
Damages During Shipping If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
